Dear sir/ madam,

I am Sikkandhar. I am using Airtel broadband connection. Fixed line no: [protected].

When I joined they given a introduce welcome pack offer for 75gb unlimited data plus unlimited local and std call for a value of 1099 INR with inclusive all fairies.

the billed amount was excess. I made a complaint in Express avenue branch Airtel office. They promised me the bill will auto adjust....

Whenever i am in roaming the callers get a message "the number doesnt exist", i have reported this problem to airtel and everytime they say they have fixed it, but problem still persist. Every time they solve it temporarily.
This problem occurs only when i am in roaming. The no is [protected]
I am tired of calling airtel customer care. There is no point calling customer care....

The Airtel 4g hotspot is not able to connect to the internet from 30th September 2016
The hotspot just shows the orange light for the signal. The power light shows green. Since the internet connection is not being established, signal light is not green but is continuously orange from 30th Sept.

The hotspot is in use from feb2016 and was working okay till 30th sept2016....

i am p sandeep kumar as i am the consumer of airtel mobile service provider (mobile no .[protected]) from last 3 years, i want to register a complaint against airtel and its cusotmer care regarding "a high voice call charges of 2 paise for 1 second(local calls)" instead of 1.6 for 1 second.I registered a complaint regarding high voice call charges to airtel through 121 voice call customer care but the customer care executive...

I had requested for a new micro 4g sim from airtel. The same was delivered to me yesterday and i had sent the activation message as instructed. I got a confirmation message saying activation has been intiated. But till now, the sim card is not active (No range) whereas my old sim card has been de-activated. I'm unable to contact airtel customer care also. This is resulting in a lot of difficulties....

I started getting late payment calls from 2014 april for another person known as dhananjay from customer service executives. I repeatedly tell them, this is wrong number, but i get so many calls repeatedly. I was pregnant then and had cried and begged to stop them calling since it was very much bothering me. After lot of struggle, i even threatened them, i'll complain to the police station. After which the number of calls came down. But still...

I have submitted my proof for that number and how company can give that number to someone else without my knowledge. There is no notification regarding this to us....

I am shivam my mobile number is [protected] in month of november i had port my my number from up west airtel prepaid to haryana postpaid in that i had activate data plan of 175. And in next month i deactivated that plan by calling on customer support but in next bill they again charged data pack rs and also added wrong charges of rs300 which service i have not use if call them they are not providing me right information...

I buy an airtel sim and and i having it but i buy a phone in that game the game need subcriptio and i subscribe it but after that my subcribtion charges 85 rs which is a big amount. My complain is that your airtel company charges money without my permison, my request is that before charging an amount from my account you should verify first an refund my money that has been charged.

Since last one month i am facing this issue. I have applied for porting of three numbers into airtel postpaid connection, out of these three only one has been activated but rest of the two are pending since last month. I don't know why they are taking so much time in verification as all the sims are in my name only. One of my number which was activated last week was already verified.

I am using Airtel mobile number[protected]. Now I changed this number to postpaid. Earlier it was prepaid. When it was prepaid, I recharged thru Airtel mobile application 2 times each Rs.250.
