I have ordered for an amount of 665 Rs from https://www.archiesonline.com/. the money got deducted from my credit card (I have the statement for the same), however, archies has not given me the order.
I have already complaint this to archies over email and twitter, however, they are not responding, only a ticket got generated for me from archies automated system, still i got no resolution.
Also, i tried to call to them at their various numbers (landline) as given over their website, however, no one is picking up the calls.
