I have not received delivery of the shipment of Tracking ID:[protected]
which shows delivered on 21/08/2021...
On the same day, I received a call at 19:06 from delivery person, and I gave him OTP, and he said he has given it to security person, when I arrived, there wasn't any package at the guard room, where all the deliveries are kept, I tried to contact the delivery person, but there was another person on the phone...
I raised a complaint at their customer service twice with Ticket id: 22549618 and 22698864..
they were unable to share delivery proof...
they contacted me twice, but weren't able to do anything..
Update: They updated the delivery status to Lost, now I want my REFUND as soon as possible, of ₹1637.36...
They have stopped responding since last 10 days, and aren't processing my refund..
