My house is in the ward no. 2 of the Kolkata Municipal area. My property tax assessee.[protected]. I wanted to pay the property tax online in your portal and paid the current PD bill of 14600/- I have paid the amount and receipt no. E2513429 - dated[protected] was generated vide transaction id[protected] with pay description showing Assessment suspense - BI Code -oo[protected]. But on checking as unpaid. my pending bills for 4 qts 2024-25 showing as due and unpaid. I paid the property tax again online on[protected] vid receipt no.E2525409 - Transaction id- [protected] of amount - 13870/-.. Please inform me how my suspense account payment will be adjusted. Being a senior citizen kindly resolve the issue. Best regards,
