[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Money deducted but product not delivered

Hi,
My name is hardik and i unfortunately had thought to purchase an item from 100bestbuty. My money (941.00 rs) has been deducted but i did not receive any product confirmation email/sms and i have not received any product til the date.
It has been more than a month since i made transaction.
I have shooted tons of email to [protected]@100bestbuty.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com. I also made many calls but they keep saying that they are looking into the matter.
I had made transaction via payumoney vendor and here is transaction id i got from payumoney : 11029232
I made purchase from email : [protected]@gmail.com
I have attached image of email i got from payumoney.
Please help me to get my money back.
