I am using of your Broad Band data connection for the past five months,
While getting connection, I requested your marketing person Mr.Mahesh ([protected] ) to install me the Plan Rs.699/- he promised me that after installation this will be switch over to the requested plan .But after receiving your bills every month, it seems that my request was not complied with, and the unused data's the outstanding bill was arises for Rs.4729/- this could not be bared by me and requested to change the Rs.699/- unlimited plan immediately, and waive the excess payments which I didn't use. Hope this request will be considered at the earliest or otherwise disconnect the connection immediately after dropping a Mail.
