I had placed an order on their website on 22nd May 2021. Order ID: PO[protected]
But received 1 item short.
I raised a complaint on 30th May 2021 - Complaint ID: 3996351
I have contacted them several times since but my problem hasn't been resolved.
To add to that everytime the executive says that I have been refunded 200 rupees as 1mg cash, which I tell them I don't want as I don't want to deal with them ever again. On this they say they will give resolution in 48 hours but there is nothing that is done.
