1mg — Not providing complete reports of Covid Home Monitoring Package

1mg labs have collected the sample on 28 April and assured us to deliver the report within 72hrs but they have not delivered my complete report yet. I am tired of requesting them to help me in getting my reports as I have to consult my doctor but they are not helping me out. Just asking again and asking for next 24 hrs to solve the problem but nothing is changed. It's almost 6 days with hopes to get my report and they are not giving me any information about the problem. If they have let me know the facts I could have tested somewhere as. According to their policy if they are not able to provide report within 72 hrs they should start the refund but no action is taken.

Updated by itsme12 After placing this complaint they said to refund the money of tests not conducted by them but they are not taking any action. Additionally, they are ignoring my request and not starting any refund. In the time of need they are playing with us. Not expected this from 1mg
