1mg — refund from 1mg technologies not credited to my upi account

I enquired via email with 1mg technologies about the status of my refund on cancellation of my order on february 2, 2019 and got this reply :-

We have already initiated the full refund of rs.1373.71 to your upi account on 02 feb 2019 having refund id: 20190202111212801300168478421022765.

The refund amount should be credited to the upi account within 10-14 days. If you have not received the refund amount then we request you to please contact to upi customer care department along with the refund id: 20190202111212801300168478421022765.
