I Book Lab Test from 1mg on phone call after availability check from 1mg team and then give me slot between 1 pm to 2 pm on 31 July till 4:30 Pm no one came i called then more than 20 times and all the time they will told me our concern team will call you soon but no one called me i have very important appointment for chemotherapy and i need this test without my test my date will be reschedule. I called them again at 5 Pm they told me they can't take sample today. very unprofessional behavior from 1mg team. worst service i ever seen from any health related service providing company.
