I made withdrawal request on 18 Jun, it is still not processed and customer executive told cancel this transaction and i canelled the transaction. made an another request on jun 22 it is still not processed. it should ideally be credited within 24-48 hours but it is more than 4 days now and the support team keeps telling me it is still in process which I know and they say we also can't tell exact time how is this fair there should be specific time I understand delays but it is too much now more than a days
Today is 25 Jun. They kept my money on hold without completing the withdrawal. i had biggest trust on the 4rabet Company but this issue makes an bad feeling. sorry for complainting here
