I purchased my laptop from Canada and while I was on travel to India, suddenly it completely stopped working. I have 1-year international warranty. But when I went to the local Acer International service centre, they asked me to have complained no first in order to submit a laptop but when I ask the Acer customer centre for the complaint no, they said we don't provide it. The service centre should directly accept it. So I got juggled back and forth between these 2. They also provide me with the number of their manager. He asked me my all details including passport with a stamp, visa and then just got disappeared and not answering my calls.
What a pathetic people, I have the warranty, I have all the documents, I can go to the service centre and still I cannot get my laptop repaired. Was this information helpful? |
