Acer India — Refusing to provide on-site visit/return/Replacement/ refund

I purchased a laptop from the official Acer India website. It was delivered to me but when I tried to switch it on, it remained dead. I contacted the customer support and they told me that a technician will call me and I can schedule a on-site visit. He will check the laptop and then further steps will be taken. It has been six days since I raised this complaint 4090298I and I haven't received a single call from the service centre. They asked me that I should call the technician and I received 4 contact numbers. None of them were reachable. One of them did pickup the call and when I told them about the problem they said it was so wrong number. I call their customer support every day since then and all they did was ask me to wait for the resolution of this issue but they are doing nothing about it.
