Hi, i have made payment of rs.6790 for a new connection on 20th may 2020, reference number: at201410016000010012361, prospect id:[protected] i have not received a single call from act for the new connection, i raised cancellation request on 2nd june, no one is responding and they are not refunding my money. I have escalated to following people, but they have no care attitude:

what a joke??? your reply is just an eyewash, I have escalated to nodalofficer.[protected]@actcorp.in, appellate.[protected]@actcorp.in, Mohammed Alam, they are just sleeping on it, I have already given the prospect id, why are you asking me these details again???
