During a plan change from 75MB 3Months to 150MB 3 months, the router charge was waived off. However, the same was added back to the bill on the bill due date. Even after multiple complaints raised and escalate to Nodal Office, there is still no resolution.
The router charges were waived off separately and confirmed on e-mail as well, yet not reflected in the final bill amount to be paid.
I am stuck without internet from March 4th till today 8th March.
The is simple: Remove the Router charges from the bill amount and I can make the remaining payment immediately.

All I'm asking for is a revised invoice. Even though I'm getting notifications the waiver is approved, it is not reflected in my bill to be paid.
