I did the payment successfully for the Office 2021 Professional Plus License key 8 Feb 2023 but I haven't got the Licence key or activation code yet. It's already more than a week. I have mailed to their support email I'd but no response. Tried calling their customer care number, looks like that is also invalid. Below are the order and payment details.
