Actsoftware.net — Office 365 Professional Plus Lifetime 5 Devices 5TB OneDrive not received

I have ordered the product 'Office 365 Professional Plus Lifetime 5 Devices 5TB OneDrive' on 2nd March 2022 and received the mail for the order placed from Actsoftware company.
But, the company has not given any account details and product license and in their website its showing the order has been completed.
I tried to contact the customer care of the company but there is no response from their side. The company does not have any customer care number also.

Please help me to get the product software or help me to get the refund amount Rs 549/- paid for the product.
