Hi, I tried to buy a software product from website actsoftware.net on 03/08/21, my payment was done however i didn't receive any email containing the product key of the software. I sent several emails to the website owner to either refund the amount or provide the software but no response was received as of now. I also raised request to PayU as payment was done using its platorm, they said that merchant (actsoftware.net) has received payment and i should contact them. The PayU transaction id is [protected]. same thing happend today with i tried to purchase the sfotware but my account got debited before i enterd the Bank OPT further no respose no email with key details something real worng and fake to be cautious

I bought a Window 10 Pro key from this website . They immediately sent a key in mail after payment, but it seems a fake key as Windows is not accepting the key for activation.

There has been no response from their support. There is no contact mentioned so we can reach.
