Adecco — After completing job no any given payments and not send offer letter

When i received call from adecco for immediate joining of desktop support profile on that time i did send all documents with excel sheet form to on this mail id (Shahid. [protected]@adecco.com)
And after completing project then when i try to contact this person but he egnor my call and no given to me offer letter.
Kindly please help me
My all documents is safe or not
And this person behaviour is looking fraud.
