Adecco — Pf not transferring neither company replies to mail or call

I have submitted my claims both online and offline ways, after lots and lits of mail company responded that they have received transfer request and will be completed within 45 days but since then they dont reply for futher mails about the progress or anything its very frustrating neither I can see any of my claim forms on HR berry portal.
I am in ungent need of money and company just wont care to reply
