Aditya Birla Finance — Personal loan - closure / wrong cibil report

Self had personal loan with ABFL

All dues paid in time and loan was closed in Nov 2021.

Now self opting for another OD loan with some other company and i am not able to go for the same as my due to below concerns for which self calling customer service number of times and no assistance of firm plan is being provided.

1. My CBIL to showing loan restructured - Never done same needs to be rectified.
2. Require NOC - Chasing them from quiet some time no getting it.

With great disappointment i would like to say the service how it is being rendered ie after service from ABFl i am not going back for loan with your company.

In customer care - personal loan department i am always being given excuses by the manager Mr Kiran and no firm / positive reply or a call back or email assuring that it will be done soon. Yesterday was on hold to speak with the manager for almost 20 mins but no one directed me and never got any return call back or any reply on the email.

KINDLY DO NOT OPT FOR SUCH COMPANY WHO DO NOT GET ANY SUPPORT PROPERLY
