I serviced my Activa some days before from Aditya Honda Calicut service centre and they just took me into trouble. It was a routine general service and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle when I gave it for service. After service indicator of the vehicle is not working sometimes and it gives a long beep sound. And also the brakes were not adjusted during the service period. When I again took vehicle into service centre and discussed the matter with the service assistant, he Don’t even want to hear the complaint and he was behaving in an appropriate manner with the customer and he was just refusing my complaint with some other reasons. Service advisor guy name is Ijas and I want the authority to take some action against him as he can make loose your customer trust. Now onwards I would never recommend Aditya Honda service centre to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
