My baby was 1. 3 years old. We were travelling from yelagiri to chennai. She was hungry and thot A2B will have curd rice so we stopped in arcot A2B restaurant. They had curd rice but spices added on. We requested to provide only curd and rice as it for baby. This was during lunch hour obviously they will have curd, rice for the meals. We insisted it's for baby and we need very little quantity. But they said they don't have and they can't do any customisation. Their tone is also very rude and being a customer we felt very arrogant behaviour from the billing counter man. Lost all the reputation towards the restaurant. Later we went to balaji bhavan, they even grinded the curd rice to baby's need and gave. Was this information helpful? |
