I made a booking for Domestic transfer from Mysore to Chennai on Agarwal packers and movers. I received a Quotation from their employee on 18.04.2024 vide CFR no-CFRMYS[protected].
And as per his advice i have paid an amount of Rs 1500/- towards my booking confirmation vide money reciept ARVKA[protected] dated 18.04.2024.
But, due to a change of plans I had to cancel my booking and mailed to [protected]@agarwalpackers.com the same day and requested for the refund. As per your policy, I was eligible for a refund of 90% of the amount paid for booking as the packing date is 2 days away i.e., 20.04.2024.
Now after, 3 followup mails and 1 week later i still have no confirmation on the booking cancellation nor any refund was initiated. their customer care service is the worst i have seen, they act so fast for booking and payment from the customer but they avoid calls when it comes to cancellation and refund.
