I had made an advance payment of Rs. 1800 while booking a slot for April 9th. While settling the total bill amount of Rs. 22054, I forgot to adjust this amount and landed up paying the total amount of Rs. 22054, instead of Rs. 20254. I have written to [protected]@agarwalpackers.com and also copied tl2.[protected]@agarwalpackers.com. Everytime I am told wait for 8 - 10 days and it's already been 30 days like this.
