Ahmedabad Traffic Police — Wrong eMemo for signal light

Respected Sir,

This is to request you that I got an E-Memo for Red Light Violation, but I was turning left side to science city and separate way has been already provided to turn left side to avoid traffic signal. I don't understand why this memo is generated for following right way?

So I definitely got a wrong E-Memo.
