Air Asia — Non refund of the tickets allocated in May /June 2020

Address:PURVA HIGHLAND, KANAKAPURA ROAD

Inspite if repeated messages to the airline till date I have not received the refund of my payment . Its in the tune if Rs 25000/- What does one do ?Please help
