Dear airasia,
I have booked one flight ticket and that has been cancelled by the airline (Airasia). After i received the flight cancellation mail and call then i have cancelled my ticket through your ixigo.com portal (From this portal i have booked my ticket).
Till date i have not received my refund or cancellation confirmation.
Currently ixigo is not refunding the amount stating airline (Airasia) has not refunded the amount. (Please find the attachment for the same).
Please could you confirm "why airasia has not refunding the ticket amount to the ixigo vendor?, if done let me know?"
