Dear sir/madam,
I have booked my tickets dated on 10 feb 2017 16:56 hrs. For the travel dated on 04 may, 2017 from ahmedabad to hyderabad (Flight no: lb693) and from hyderabad to visakhapatnam (Flight no: lb694) for my wife and children. And the another ticket travel dated one 18 may, 2017 for myself. All the tickets were cancelled by air costa service provider only. They informed us by mail and sms full amount will be refunded with 7 working days. The same was missed out by them. After consulting via customer care numbers and mail, they told will be credited with 15 working days firstly. They missed out again. For every reminder at our end to them they informed the same like standard message. And finally the customer care number :[protected] is also stopped working. So, now nothing is available to contact them.
The total cost of amount to be refunded shall be inr 13193.
So, i request you to resolve and settle the issue as explained..
I will submit all the correspondences, tickets etc as and when required for scrutiny.

I am hearing the same words from the day the cancellation message received by me. And when I am following up either by phone/e-mail the standard word is same. However, now the number is also not at all working. Even if I consult for this over mail the response i will get from you is the same. There is no use in that. So, because of you...even today I am scaring about to book the private air service tickets in advance. But there is no choice its required to book because of huge fare difference instant booking of the tickets at the time travel. Which is difficult for middle class people.
Against this, In general...I request GOVT to involve and implement clear conditions before giving licenses/registrations for any sectors... What ever the terms and conditions are keeping by agencies its all are one side regulations... There should be on both sides is better I feel...
