My flight from dubai to delhi on 3rd oct has been rescheduled to 2 am on 4th oct. Customer care is not issuing a full refund on this neither confirming me on providing accommodation arrangements for this. Please assist, i want to cancel and get a full refund so that I can book another flight or at least provide stay/food arrangements for the delayed time....

In flight IX 473 dated 02 Aug 2022, flight stewardess had stuffed other baggage on my laptop bag which was already placed on the overhead baggage compartment and I have already informed her that it has a laptop in the bag and she just responded that it is a light weight bag and she stuffed it above my laptop bag.

Please be noted for the online flight booking on 20/05/22, from mangalore to Kuwait, your gateway has deducted the amount 3 times for the same booking. kindly look into it and refund the additional amount deducted it is 44182.98 rupees. Pls refund to my account immediately. I have not recd any response from your side for the complaint mail customer care.

I had booked air tickets on 07June 2022 from Delhi to Indore and back for the journey on 02nd Jul. 2022 and 31st Jul. 2022. But due to a change of some reimbursement rules I needed to cancel the said booking. So, I contacted the customer care of air India on the same day of booking. No one attend calls . My family is travelling and I need to find out which airport is Air India express using for their flights from Dubai. Due to runway maintenance some flights are operating from DWC (Al Maktoum) airport and there is no way we can find out unless we personally visit your offices. Totally unprofessional behavior I must say.

Reported Air India Express counter in Lucknow Airport to fly Dubai on IX-193, PNR GPF26V dated 10.05.2022. My visit Visa was valid and issued on our old passport, hence travelling on new passport along with old one.

Duty manager (on 10.05.2022) refused to issue boarding passes due to GDRFA lnot availavle on new passport) approval which is for resident visa holders.
