I made a booking on AirAsia from Chennai to Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur to Manila for departing Chennai on 2nd April 2022 and the PNR number given for the booking is N3MRJZ.
After two days of the booking, the airline sent me a mail stating that the flight has been canceled due to an operational issue. I asked the airline for a refund and till date they have not respnded to me in any way. They have asked me to contact their automated support called AVA and when I give the PNR to AVA, it says the PNR is wrong. I have tried numerous ways and nothing has happened till now.
Kindly help me to get my refund as AirAsia India nodal office informed me that as its an international flight, they cannot help in this matter.
