My name is thadimarri naryana reddy. I am using aircel mobile sim ([protected]) from past 3 years. From past few days back i got disconnected from services without any reason. I tried to customer care, but i not get proper response from their end. Even i went to meet customer at koramangala aircel express on 20/02/2018, "he says nothing wrong from your end. But your number got disconnected". I asked him to resolve mu issue, but he says "it can be done on koramangala aircel office near star bazar. I went to aircel office on 26/03/2018.
I am not able to get solution from them. They saying that"mistakes from company only, but now no technicians here". Please show some path or way to get my number back. I am trying to port my number. I am not geting port code. Before 26/03/2017 i am getting calls and msgs even its in disconnected status. After that i am getting not signal. My friends and family numbers having this number only. My all accounts linked with this aircel number. Please give solution to get my number back. Respond as early as possible. Was this information helpful? |
