I had applied for port out option from Aircel and My UPC is FD835291. When I tried to check the status of port out and new connection to different subscriber through http://www.mnpindia.in/know-your-porting-status.aspx, I am getting a "Records Not found" message. I received the UPC on 19.03.2018 and applied for new network on 24.03.2018
Since last 15 days there is no network in shouth mumbai on airel simcard. Pincode-400039 & 400001. Due to no network my aircel number stuck and unable to received a call even not able to do a single call to anywhere.

My AIRCEL has not been working from March 1 st 2018. i am unable to do port also because i need port Id to change my network.
Kindly look into this and resolve this ASAP.

My Kolkata aircel no is [protected]. Unable to generate UPC code as their is no network. This is very important number for me as it a linked with almost everything. If no actions will be taken as soon as possible I will be bound to report the consumer forum.

I have requested UPC on March 9, 2018and UPC code is Q7368789.
When I shared this to other service provider, this code shows invalid.
I have requested UPC again, but same code is received and same problem exists.
I want to port my Aircel number to other service provider.
