My complaint no is [protected]. My airlink internet connection is not working since last ten days and i understanding the situation with full cooperation patiently waited for resolution. Daily i would follow up but still no resolution. I got a sms on 5th may that the issue at green city, surat (Place where i live) is identified and will be resolved the next day. I further got to know that other connections in green city have started but my issue remains unsolved. Today, also i called the customer care but did not get any proper response. Kindly do the needful as i need to work from home in this lockdown.
