I have been using an Airtel Prepaid connection from the Past 5 years
This is to bring to your notice that from the last few days I have been facing an issue with the 3G connection in my phone. And the same has not been functioning at all.
I got my phone recharged on Aug 23, 2014 for Rs. 255 through an E Recharge and it gave me 1.25 GB 3G data for 28 days. However, 3G on my phone has not been working ever since and instead of ‘3G’ it shows an ‘E’. I have made numerous complaints for the same but have not received satisfactory responses.

I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of services provided and the customer Care Service provided by Airtel.
Since the service I payed for is not being provided due to a network issue with Airtel services, I would like to get a refund of the amount payed as well as a compensation for the inconvenience caused. Also, I would like airtel to fix the issue with my connection so that I can use 3G connection.
