Dear sir,
My airtel prepaid no., [protected] is suffering from harassment from the service provider. Currently I am enjoying rs., 1555 plan, ie, 12 gb unlimited 3g for 28 days. The following problems are detected encountered by my HTC Desire 816 dual:
1. 3g data rate is quite low than cried, generally 170kbps
2.multiple connexions detected during internet activities which resulting in faster data deductions
3. Frequently changing of signal bars though I am fixed in my armchair in Bagnan
4. Endpoint data rate decreases fast when reaching at the last of my download content. 23kbps recorded.
furthermore, I think airtel wistfully do this to show the increased data rate of 4g.
plse help me fast to keep off me from this thief.
