Dear Airtel,
I am using airtel prepaid since last 7 years. How can i raise a complaint in care number. I can't complain via 121 and 198. I don't know whether those numbers are for customer care or something which makes irritation to customers. Today i tried so many times to contact a customer officer. There was no any option to contact them in 198 and 121. Those numbers are giving only informatios. This is very disgusting. And here is my complaint.
I am recharging around 1000rs per month for airtel 3g/4 service. If i use more than 15 mins, it is automatically turned to 2g service. Every time i cane restart my mobile. I need to fix this iaaaue on priority. I got my new 4g sim. This is happening in multiple locations wherever I'm moving.
Pl revert on customer care number and above complaint as well.
