Dear Sir / Madam,
on 9/9/2016 at 09:05 AM, i had recharge my number [protected] with the 3G offer of Rs 29 after calling to the Airtel Customer Care number who told me that my 3GB 3G data balance with a validity upto 9/9/16 will be carried forward with recharge of Rs 29. Just before 9:05 AM i had called the Customer care number and the lady was on the line and told me that my 3GB data balance will be added. To my surprise it is not added to my account..
And today, when i called the Customer Care, i was informed that the data balance will not be added with the recharge of Rs 29.
.It is really sick to learn and felt awkward how the customer can be cheated at that level, how such unfit person can be appointed and responses if she does not know the actual process and conditionalities of the recharge.
This is really not done..and also with a calling charges of Re.50 per 3 minutes when the information received is found not valid
