Airtel — 4 G internet connection is not giving expected speed and its giving a speed of 2Mbps i. e 2 g

I have taken the 4G airtel connection for my office use at home seeing the advertisements in the television. Connection was provided to me immediately however the required speed quoted in my plan is 20 Mbps however the internet connection speed is 2 Mbps. I called Airtel customer care many times however the required resolution is not provided to me in a speedy way. Time and again I reminded them that I am using the connection for official and to be resolved ASAP. They informed that it will take 90 days to resolve the issue. This is effecting my work very badly. The informations which are provided by airtel in television is misleading and services provided by the company is not good. My Job is at risk, as I am not able to access the required web sites and down load and upload the documents in the required time frame. I request you to take appropriate action regarding the company not giving the right information at first place. Kind Regards, Merin [protected]
