Hi,
I want to escalate on poor service for the fault on my phone no : [protected]
Issue - 4g data not working or very very slow on my iphone 6s.
I had been following up with airtel for more than a week now but no resloution yet.
Here are the details :
05-jun : called up 121 helpdesk. Explained the prob in details. Assured that the problem will be solved asap
07-jun : nothing happened, so went to airtel store in whitefield bangalore. Assured that the technical team has been involved and the issue will be resolved in 24 hours
08-jun : got a call from technician (Sureshkannan kannan), fixed an appointment for 9am 09-jun
09-jun: technician didn't turn up, called suresh to know that he won't be able to make it. Finally came around 1 pm
Technician put another sim in my phone and the data was good. He spoke to his team lead who told that there is some change in account settings done by mistake, the issue would be resolved within 24 hours
10-jun: no updates, sent a message to technician for update.. No response
12-jun : issue still not resolved, sent a message to technician for update.. No response. Called him multiple times, didn't pick up.
Can you pls pass on the escalation contact, the service on this case has been very poor. Also, the response from your technician sureshkannan has been quite dismal. Didn't come on fixed appointment time, don't have the courtesy to reply to message or calls.
Pls assist in resolving this asap. I had been your post paid customer for last 6 years. I don't want to terminate my connection just because of this bad experience. Pls advise if you are not able to assist.
