[Resolved]  Airtel — 4G SIM is not working in IPhone 5s, didn't get proper response to resolve it.

Airtel sent me new 4G SIM twice by post at home. Their executives called me various times and asked to insert new SIM and enjoy airtel's 4G services. Being curious I inserted new 4G SIM to my mobile. It was supposed to activate within 10 mins, but its been 4 days my SIM is activated but no signal at all. I am not able to make or receive a single call since 4 days. I called customer care many times, but they couldn't resolve my issue.. rather after registering my complaint, they asked me to wait for 5 days till get this issue resolved (Till then I shouldn't make or receive call..anyway). And when I asked them to reactivate my old SIM again, then they told me to visit service center. I just wonder how they can provide home service for using 4G SIM but if any issue occurs they simply say to visit service center. Totally disappointed.
