Dear sir, / maam,
above mentioned no. was recharged for Rs.70/- talk time and Rs. 128/- internet
pack (50 hours internet valid for 28 days) on 24/03/2016.
on using internet, (the data and validity is available) Rs 70/- deducted from
talk time, on 31/03/2016 .on reporting the matter the money was reverted.
again after some time Rs 22/- deducted from talk time for using internet the
same day.
when reported it was told the matter will be solved by 01/04/2016. again when
contacted the time was extended to 04/04/2016.i received a call on 03/04/2016
that the problem is solved but when the internet was used again Rs. 7/-
deducted on 03/04/206.
the customer care is totally useless and irresponsible while talking to
customer care the call is put on hold for 10 15 minute and again the talk time
is wasted.
ONCE MY DATA PACK IS VALID AND THE UNUSED DATA IS THERE WHY THE HELL THE MONEY
IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM THE TALK-TIME????.
IF I AM PROMISED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITHIN A PARTICULAR TIME WHY IT IS NOT
RESOLVED???
IF THE MONEY IS DEDUCTED DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE, WHY I HAVE TO BEG FOR IT AGAIN
AND AGAIN AND WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY TO CALL THE IRRESPONSIBLE AND
USELESS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES????
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN MY THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED???/WHEN I WILL BE
REFUNDED MY WRONG DEDUCTIONS?????WHEN I CAN USE MY DATA FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY
PAID BUT I AM NOT GETTING SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY.
CAN I GET A CONTACT NO. FOR COMPLAINING MY ISSUES BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER CARE
SERVICES ARE JUST USELESS AND WASTAGE OF TIME AND MONEY??????K
