Airtel — [protected] not able to browse internet in international roaming

Hi,

My prepaid mobile number is [protected].

I have activated international roaming pack with 3999
Now i am in germany but not able to use internet, i am getting internet signal but internet is not working.

I tried to reach customer care by 121, 198 but those numbers are not working from here.

Please help me to get this issue resolved
