I have a damaged sim
And i got a new sim on friday at 11am
They told me with in 4hours it ill b activate
But still now dint activated
I visit airtel distrubuter they dint respons well
And they said go to retailer where u got sim
Once again i visit retailer to check whats problem
He called to customer care for thrice
1st they told call after some time
2nd they hear the problem and they drop the call
3rd they told v ill transfer call to superior but they did same drop the call
Again i call airtel tsm he told me that it ill b activated soon but 2daywhen i call him to ask still not activated he replied with silly reason 2dayis sunday
So this the ussue is this is company policy...?
