Hi,
Myself Bhupesh Kumar Patel here, on 27th morning I have taken 2 new airtel numbers: [protected] and [protected].
For both the numbers I have given same documents, address verification for both the numbers have been vompleted successfuly.
One number [protected] is activated successfuly.
But for another number [protected], i have received below message and it is not yet activated.
"Dear Customer, validation of your documents for Airtel Mobile [protected] could not be completed successfully.For more details, contact your point of sale from where the connection was taken or the nearest Airtel store."
I am not getting whats the problem here as I have given the request at sane time for both the numbers, same documents, and address verification is also done at same time for both the numbers.
Can you please check and let me know, whats the problem with number [protected], and what is required to activate this number. Was this information helpful? |
