[Resolved] Airtel — Address verification negative but same address is positive for another postpaid no that I am using

I am using an airtel postpaid no since many years. Now I have purchased an another postpaid no and submit my existing bill for the current address along with aadhar card and Driving Licence. After verification, team said that address is negative.
If this is negative then why are you not discontinue my existing no that I am using since many years and paid all my bills on time.
My Name is Karan Prince, Existing Airtel No is : [protected] and new connection applied is : [protected], My Email id is : [protected]@outlook.com.
