I'm Levin Joseph, from Tamil Nadu. I've been an Airtel customer for more than 5 years. I loved the call quality a lot. But recently I've been experiencing so many problems. Call rates have been increased. Mobile Data rates have been increased. That's not a problem. Today I recharged for ₹197 3G data. This will credit 600mb to my number. I just switched on my mobile data and within 5 mins 120mb got used up. Can you please explain why the hell is this happening? This has been going on for a few months especially from the beginning of this year. I even switched off the mobile for all the apps excluding WhatsApp and Boom Beach (a game). Then also I get a notification that 127mb got used up. Now I'm typo. This complaint from my mobile and God only knows how much data got used up. I'm planning to switch to Vodafone for a while now. But before that I just need to know why Airtel is being useless these days. Very disappointing. I tried to contact the customer service but all I get is computer voiced BS. Is there any way to contact and speak to a customer care agent? I hope so.
Please check this problem ASAP. If there's no reply even after this complaint, then I'll start recommending people to stop using Airtel.
