Few days before to study in an exam I recharged at 9pm and its activated only about 11:30. I received a message from them telling it will activate in 30 minutes. After some days I recharged same in morning time, the same happened. Technically they dont need 30 minute to activate a plan. Since the 30 minutes is cheating, they are not even activating after few hours. Everything expires at perfect time. Then I tried to contact customer support, normally with most operators we hear you in queue you have to hold, but In Airtel they just cut the call telling all lines are busy and not keeping me in queue. I tried 5 times and same happened, To reach customer care professional menu I have to go through so many options and they just cut telling busy. Its worst across all network i know.
