Airtel — Airtel 4G/2G giving pathetic service

Hi Airtel Team, Hope for better solution not false statements!! I purchased a airtel 4G Wifi device on 11th oct 2015 nearly with Rs. 2500 from my hard earnings with Rental Plan Rs. 999 with which 10GB data is available at 4G speed after that device will be lashed at 2G signal with unlimited data browsing as told by AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE person. So here is the detailed number o[censored]nethical, unprofessional issues with the prestigious best internet service provider AIRTEL 4G:: 1. On the very second day after address verification, It stops working. We took the device to customer care office at sector-11 panchkula. They did some hit and trials and it starts working. 2. Now for some days, it works fine and after some day 10GB data is consumed after it stops working. It was nothing less than a useless device without any network signals. ( Assumed we bought a show piece for 2500 Rs.) 3. Now I again visited the Sector 11 panchkula customer care office and they discussed the issue and make a false statement that this issue is coming for all the customers that after 10GB data consumption device is not lashing into 2G signal. A very well knowledgeable person hired by AIRTEL told me to wait for a new cycle then it will start working. They have no solution for the issue of network signal not coming for 2G. ** So Did a big internet service provider launches its 4G device without any basic testing? A big question !!! Shameful on their part. ** 4. I waited for more than a week for new bill cycle to start. The day comes!!! But it was just like an another day of shame for AIRTEL 4G service providers. It didn't work. Called too many times customer care representative but the person didn't pick the call. 5. I visited again customer care store after getting free from my job ( 9a.m - 7 p.m.). They told wait for 1 day and we will solve the issue. Its a backend issue and they works till 5p.m. They give their number to recall them in the morning for the issue. Next day, I called minimum 10 times but no response from their end. A VERY DISGRACEFUL ACT!! 6. Next day, again visited the store. This time, they make another false argument that Plan is closed which we took a month before. Now 200/gb will be charged after 10GB data consumption. HELL!!! FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS straight forwardly. But still they have no solution for 2G network signal in 4G device. They asked maximum to maximum new bill cycle will start at 8:30 p.m on that day. ANOTHER MISGUIDE TO CONSUMERS!!! They say this issue will occur every month after 4G data is consumed. DEVICE WILL STOP WORK. CAPTION LINES for best internet provider: FAULTY DEVICE NO SOLUTION DISGUSTING SERVICE BY AIRTEL NO TESTING UNTECHINAL STAFF UNETHICAL STAFF NO QUALITY SERVICE FALSE ADs ON MEDIA MISGUIDING PEOPLE AFTER KNOWING THE FAULT SNATCHING HARD EARNINGS OF PEOPLE. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SO, This is the frustration outcomes by visiting the store too many times. If you have any solution or any graceful respect in your own eyes, DO REPLY BACK WITH SOLUTION.
