I applied for airtel broadband on monday 4/5/2020.in the same day i got call from sathish who is the local incharge for connection.
I said very clearly if it is possible to give connection by 2 days. Then he asked the location. I mentioned the location too. He said he will give the connection within 2 days
On 5/5/2020 i got the call from local person to make payment for broadband
I made the payment of inr 2828 for three month (799 plan-150gb/month plan). Then i checked airtel app which is showing landline number for broadband:[protected]Dsl)
No response from local team after payment
On 7/5/2020 while following up they are telling they need 700mtrs cable to install broadband. Which is not possible. They are telling we will cancel this connection and refund the amount paid.

My complaint here is before making payment why cant they say the connection is not possible for our location
